I was able to review Detox Colon Total Body Cleanse Capsules over the past two weeks. In full disclosure, I was a little worried to try these. I was afraid that they would upset my stomach and give me diarrhea in order to cleanse my body. It did not have this effect on me at all. In fact, I didn't feel any difference over these last two weeks. However, it does take a couple of weeks for most pills to take effect.
The instructions read to take 1-2 pills each day. I decided that since I am a petite female that taking two each day would be too much so I took one each day right before I went to bed. I have trouble sleeping at night and this had no effect on my sleep habits, for those worried that this might give sleep problems.

I cannot say for certain if this product worked. I have felt no difference but I am relatively healthy. I will continue to take one capsule each night and see if over more time I can tell a difference.
