Prenatal Multivitamin

I have been using these prenatal pills for the past week and believe they are doing their job. My husband and I are wanting to get pregnant so I have started taking these to give my body the extra health benefits and get prepared for when baby finally does come. I will then continue taking them for myself and the babies health. There are 300 pills in this bottle and you need to take 2 pills a day so they will last for 150 days. This is roughly 5 months so you will definitely need at least 2 bottles to account for pre pregnancy, during pregnancy, and if you plan to breast feed you will want to continue taking these post-pregnancy as well. It is important to take your prenatal pills while breast feeding because the baby takes so much of your nutrients that you need an added source.

With prenatal pills they all taste Awful! And they smell pretty bad as well. So my note with taking your pills is to take them with juice. This will help mask the horrible taste. Also, remember to take these with a meal. You definitely don't need any additional reasons to feel sick. Of course this wouldn't be the case for everyone but why even take the chance.
